Part Time – Administrative Assistant- The Washington Township (Morris County) Office of Fire Prevention is seeking a part time administrative assistant for 16-20 hours a week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and organizational skills. Duties may include assisting the public via email or phone, scheduling inspections, maintaining an existing database, processing application payments and invoice collections. The position requires strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and Google platform (spreadsheet, calendar and drive). Ability to work independently and perform all administrative duties as assigned. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
