2024 Creating with Clay Workshop

“Pottery,” a fun relaxing way to express yourself!  The class, “Creating with Clay” offers a unique pottery experience through the guidance of the instructor as she teach, encourage, and support the participants.  Additionally with the incorporated therapy of light hand and arm exercise creating a beautiful piece of pottery!

 Washington Township Recreation is offering the annual “Therapeutic Pottery Class,” at the Senior Center, 35 E. Springtown Rd., on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 12:45pm.

 Join in the fine motor skills that are used throughout this process as well as in the wonderfully painted designs and colors that participants can use to bring color to their magnificent creations.  Upon completion of the class, participants will not only keep their fabulous finished pieces of pottery, but will have had a unique exercise program, and can walk away feeling a sense of great accomplishment and hope for future endeavors! 

Registration and a nonrefundable fee is required before May 14, 2024.  There is limited enrollment, so be sure to sign up early.
