What should you do if you have COVID symptoms or test positive??

 

So you're not feeling well and your symptoms are very much like those described for COVID 19.  OR you've been tested and the results are positive ... WHAT DO YOU DO NOW? Where do you start?  Which day is Day #1?  How long do you have to stay in isolation?  When can you come out of isolation ?

The NJ State Department of Health has just released a chart which clearly explains which day is Day #`1 and when isolation ends based on symptoms or lack of symptoms.  If you find yourself in this situation, please use and share this chart,  To view the State Health Department guidelines click the link below.
