The Washington Township Health Department, in cooperation with Greenbrook Family Medicine will hold a vaccine clinic for:

Pediatric Pfizer COVID vaccine for ages 5-11

Pfizer vaccines/boosters for ages 12 and up

Moderna vaccine/boosters for ages 18 and up

 WHEN?     Tuesday, January 25th, 2022

WHAT TIME?    4:00pm - 7:00pm

WHERE?    WMCHS Media Room.
