Washington Township’s Energizing Total Body Class Returns This Fall

Washington Township Recreation is thrilled to welcome back its popular total body fitness class for the Fall 2025 session. Starting Wednesday, September 10 and running through November 19, this dynamic weekly class offers residents a chance to build strength, boost energy, and connect with others in a fun, supportive environment.

Held at the Washington Township Community Center (35 E. Springtown Rd., Long Valley, NJ) from 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM each Wednesday, this returning favorite blends cardio and strength training to create a well-rounded workout for all fitness levels. Participants leave each session feeling stronger, more focused, and empowered—both physically and mentally.

his Fall, we’re reigniting the fire behind our most powerful message—transform your body, sharpen your mind, and own your wellness journey like never before. It’s time to turn fat into fit, embrace the “use it or lose it” mindset, and prove you’re simply too fit to quit. Participants are asked to bring a mat, a pair of medium-weight dumbbells (3–8 lbs.), and a can-do attitude. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a commitment to personal wellness.

The nonrefundable registration fee is due by September 8, 2025. A $25 late fee will apply to registrations submitted after the deadline. Registration closes once the session begins.
