2025 "Crafting Connections" - Seniors & Youth in Clay

Unleash your creativity and experience the therapeutic benefits of pottery with Washington Township Recreation’s “Therapeutic Pottery Class”!

This unique intergenerational workshop not only nurtures body and mind but also encourages a joint effort between young participants and seniors to create beautiful clay projects. Working together, they can share experiences, build connections, and inspire one another in a truly collaborative setting.

Participants ages 11 and up are invited to join us on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Washington Township Community Center. Shape and design your own masterpiece, add vibrant colors and patterns to bring your creation to life, and enjoy engaging your fine motor skills in a fun and relaxing environment.

By the end of the class, you will not only leave with a fabulous finished piece but also with a sense of accomplishment, a deeper intergenerational bond, and inspiration for future creative endeavors.

Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. A nonrefundable registration fee is required by July 14, 2025. Do not miss this opportunity to relax, create, and connect with others—let us shape something beautiful together!
