New Ordinances Introduced

The Township Committee introduced the following ordinances at it's May 17, 2021 meeting:

RO-09-21

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OF ANY CLASS OF CANNABIS BUSINESSES WITHIN ITS GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING CHAPTER 217 OF THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP CODE - INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING

ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF  POLICE COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT BY THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS, NEW JERSEY, AND APPROPRIATING $10,953.09 THEREFOR FROM RESERVES FOR COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FUNDS OF THE TOWNSHIP- INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING
