Washington Township Recreation Invites You to Kickstart Your New Year with Total Body Fitness – Winter 2026 Session

Washington Township Recreation is excited to welcome residents back to its energizing Total Body Fitness class for the Winter 2026 session—just in time to shake off the holiday indulgence and embrace a fresh start. Beginning Wednesday, January 7 through March 18, 2026, this weekly wellness experience is your chance to reset, recharge, and recommit to your health goals in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Held every Wednesday from 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM at the Washington Township Community Center (35 E. Springtown Rd., Long Valley, NJ), this popular class combines cardio and strength training for a full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your journey, you'll leave each session feeling stronger, more focused, and ready to take on the year.

This winter, we’re embracing the spirit of transformation. It’s time to trade resolutions for results, and holiday sluggishness for strength. Join us as we turn “new year, new you” into a lifestyle—transform your body, sharpen your mind, and own your wellness journey like never before. Participants are asked to bring a mat, a pair of medium-weight dumbbells (3–8 lbs.), and a can-do attitude. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a commitment to personal growth.

The nonrefundable registration fee is due by January 5, 2026. A $25 late fee will apply to registrations submitted after the deadline. Registration closes once the session begins.
