Zoning and Construction Permit Applications Can be Made Online

 Applications for zoning permits - needed to construct, reconstruct, alter or convert any structure or building or part thereof, including pillars, gates and signs, or alter the use of any land - as well as building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and fire subcode permits required under the Uniform Construction Code can be submitted online. A valid email address is all that is required.

Application for Zoning Permit - Any new structure, impervious cover, or change in use. Application (pdf), apply online

Lot Coverage Worksheet - Any project that will increase the impervious coverage on a property, including new or additions to principal and accessory structures, new or expanded patios or driveways, etc. Worksheet to submit with online zoning permit applications.

Apply for a UCC permit or request an inspection online.

Fillable UCC Forms - download, complete, save and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. except original signed and sealed plumbing, electrical and HVAC technical sections and three copies of signed and sealed plans must be submitted. Form 100 should be included with all submissions.
