OFFICE ASSISTANT/DEPUTY CLERK –Part-time, $18-25 per hr. Perform varied, complex secretarial and administrative clerical work, involving some elements of troubleshooting; acceptance of various permits and applications; assist Township Clerk with duties; maintain Township calendar and schedule of meetings and appointments, laisse with volunteer committees. Must have excellent customer service skills. Will be required to utilize word processing and spreadsheets. Proficiency with Office and Google suite or similar programs preferred. Experience in Clerk’s office or completion of RMC course(s) a plus.
PUBLIC INFORMATION ASSISTANT– Part-time, $18-25 per hr. Collect, format and disseminate written and visual communications via the Township website, mobile app, social media and newsletter/ printed material as well as materials for internal communication. Will be required to utilize various types of computerized information systems. Proficiency with Publisher, Adobe, Office and Google suite or similar programs preferred.
