RO-05-21

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS BLOCK 30, LOT 39, 1 KINGS HIGHWAY, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON  – INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING

 

RO-06-21

BOND ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE MAKING OF VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE ACQUISITION OF NEW ADDITIONAL OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY, AND A NEW FIRE ENGINE, INCLUDING ORIGINAL APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT, IN, BY AND FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $1,389,000 TO PAY THE COST THEREOF, TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT, TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FINANCE SUCH APPROPRIATION AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS   – INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING

A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN ORDINANCE OF TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, PERTAINING TO BLOCK 37, LOTS 15, 16, AND 16.01, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE COMBE FILL SOUTH LANDFILL, AND DESIGNATED AN AREA IN NEED OF REHABILITATION BY THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2020, IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7  ENTITLED “40A:12A-7. ADOPTION OF REDEVELOPMENT PLAN”  – INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, TO AMEND CHAPTER 137, PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS, OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE TO ALLOW DOGS ON WALKING PATHS AND TRAILS IN MUNICIPAL PARKS WHEN ON LEASH  – INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING
