Winter Yoga Classes now Forming
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic our Yoga Classes are on ZOOM
The hour yoga classes are suitable for everyone, from the absolute beginner to a more seasoned practitioner, and will consist of a series of strengthening, toning, relaxing breath and meditation exercises.
Winter Wednesday’s & Thursday schedule is as follow:
WEDNESDAY’S from January 13 – March 24, 2021 (11wks)
Beginner Yoga 9-10am, - Instructor Kathryn Higgins
Intermediate Mat Yoga10:15am-11:15am Instructor Kathryn Higgins
Gentle Mat Yoga11:30-1230pm. Instructor Gabrielle Sinagra
THURSDAY’S from January 14 – March 25, 2021 (11 wks)
Early Morning Yoga – 8am – 9am Instructor Kathryn Higgins
Chair yoga 10am-11am Instructor Melissa Albertson
Lunch Break 12-1pm. Instructor Melissa Albertson

A non-refundable fee is due before the start of class. Registration forms will not be accepted once the classes have begun.
