Let’s be honest, there doesn’t seem to be a single health condition that it can’t help in some way. Unlike real drugs, walking has no side effects, is easily accessible, affordable, effective, and best of all you don’t need a prescription!
Come walk or stroll with Washington Township Recreation Dept. as you “Get Your Walk On!” scheduled for Monday’s April 6-June 1, 2020 from 9am-9:45am at the Rock Spring Park walking path.
