Location:
Former Peter Carroll baseball field and parking lot. Township Tax map Block 34 Lot 26. The property is an eight acre site and currently includes an 8,800 sq/ft gravel parking lot. The parcel is not improved with sanitary sewers, township water, lighting or buildings.

  • One (1) locked maintenance access gates.
  • The overgrown pathway from the parking lot to the field is to be refurbished.
  • One (1) Porta-John or Biodegradable Johnny station will be located at the facility.
  • Eight (8) benches are to be constructed of 4X4 lumber and composite benching.
  • Dog playground equipment will include ramps and tunnels.
  • A sign board at the entrance pathway will be posted with the rules and regulations.
