• FEMALE CANCER SCREENING
  FEMALE CANCER SCREENING is scheduled for TBA at Dr. Ingrassia-Squiers office. Testing will occur from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Appointments are required. Please contact the Public Health Nurse at the Health Department at 908-876-3650
• MALE CANCER SCREENING
  MALE CANCER SCREENING is scheduled for TBA at Dr. Ingrassia-Squiers office. Testing will occur from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Appointments are required. Please contact the Public Health Nurse at the Health Department at 908-876-3650
• FLU SHOT CLINIC
  The annual flu shot clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, October 10, 2010 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Washington Township Municipal Building - Main Meeting Room at 43 Schooley's Mountain Road, Long Valley. The clinic is open to all Washington Township residents 18 years of age and older. The fee will be announced.
  
  Pregnant women must bring a note from their physician to receive the inoculation. Inoculations will be provided until the supply runs out. Residents who participate in the Medicare Part B Health program must register with the Health Department.
• ADULT HEALTH SCREENING (SMAC)
  The Annual Adult Health Screening Clinic is scheduled for Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Long Valley First Aid Squad, 70 East Mill Road. Pre-registration is required to participate. There is a fee. Please call 908-876-3650 to register and for additional information.
• PSA TESTING
  PSA testing is offered on TBA at the Long Valley First Aid Squad, 70 East Mill Road for a fee. Contact the Health Department to register at 908-876-3650. Appointments are required.
• Free Rabies Clinic for Dogs and Cats for all NJ residents
  Saturday November 6, 2010 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM or while there are rabies vaccine doses. The clinic will be held at the Washington Township Department of Public Works Facility at 54 Rock Road. Dogs must be leashed and cats must be crated. Nay NJ resident is welcome to attend.

EVERY OTHER MONTH

• CHILD HEALTH CLINIC
  Located at the Long Valley Presbyterian Church on Bartley Road, on the first Thursday of every EVEN MONTH between 9:00AM and 11:00AM. Well Baby Visits only!!

• SCHOOL IMMUNIZATION AUDITS
  School Immunization Audits occur January to March, for the kindergarten to 5th grades in four schools, the sixth to eight grades in the Long Valley Middle school, the ninth to twelfth grades in the West Morris Central High School, four local Nursery schools and in three local Day Care centers.
