The
following Recycling Materials are accepted at the Center.
For
the Safety of the Staff. containers must be 25 pounds or less. Materials
that are not properly prepared will not be accepted at the Recycling
Center.

Motor Oil

Used Engine Oil

Clothing
-
Place clothing in the Goodwill Box located at the recycling
center. Please do not place clothing on the ground in front of
the Goodwill container.

Comingled Materials
-
Comingled (mixed) materials must be rinsed and free of debris.
Plastic containers and steel or bi-metal cans should be crushed
to conserve space. Comingled materials are composed of the following:

Glass Bottles
-
Cans
- bi-metal
- tin covered
- steel
- Aluminum Cans
- Plastic Bottles
- Both Type 1 and Type 2
Look at the bottom of the item for the recycling
logo and type information.
Discard the other Type Plastics in the regular
trash. Remove any caps from the container
and discard the cap in the regular trash.
Paper
- Newspapers,
- The
following Papers may be mixed together
- Contained
in paper bags
- Flattened
and tied
- Telephone
books
- White
Pages ONLY. The Yellow
Pages should be discarded in the regular trash.
They are unsuitable for recycling.
